Make sure you stay in the family twin room with a balcony and terrace. the price is just right at £94. the location is stunning and is very close to the beautiful Lake Lugano, all train connections, and Lugano Centro. the staff is lively and pleasant, just as one would hope.

The hotel is also conveniently close to the train station and there's a bus stop right outside that takes you to Lugano Centro. Secondly, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making sure that I had everything I needed. Lastly, I loved the room with a balcony and a fantastic view of the lake. It was a wonderful way to start and end my day.

Great location close to the town center and right next to a bus stop, very convenient. The breakfast was good with freshly baked croissants and a good selection of Italian/Swiss cookies. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and had an excellent view of the lake.

The Castagnola location off the beaten path, excellent for exploring nearby areas such as Gandria and Monte Bre. Friendly and approachable staff, clean rooms with great views. Convenient access to a café, post office, and bus stop.
